FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

In order for your paper to be in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore you need to complete these four steps:

1. Register for the conference with payment
2. Upload your paper to IEEE Conference eXpress
3. Approve your PDF file
4. Submit your copyright transfer

1. REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE
You MUST register for the conference with payment before you can upload your paper. You will need your Registration Code (confirmation). If you are submitting your registration by Fax please allow at least 3 business days for your registration to be processed before you will receive your code by e-mail

To register go to http://www.ieee-wcnc.org/registration.html

IEEE and IEEE COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY POLICIES
All IEEE WCNC 2010 technical paper must be associated with an author registration at the FULL rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers .

“IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.”

It is imperative, that the same author upload the paper(s), review, and approved PDFs, and submit copyright form. (Only one e-mail address can be identified to a registration code).

When you are done with the registration, you will be given a Registration Code, which will be needed to upload your paper in the following step.

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE WITH ANYONE ELSE.

ALTHOUGH THE CODE ENABLES SUBMISSION OF UP TO THREE PAPERS, IT CAN BE USED ONLY ONCE, BY YOU, TO CREATE ONE AUTHOR ACCOUNT FOR THESE SUBMISSIONS.

2. UPLOAD YOUR PAPER
IEEE Conference eXpress Site will be open on 30 November 2009. Your paper must be received by 4 January 2010 (8:00pm EST) for it to be in the proceedings.

Remember that the maximum page length is 6 pages, IEEE WCNC is not accepting any papers that are longer than 6 pages.

You will need the following to upload your source file.

• Conference ID: wcnc10
• Your registration code: given after you completed your registration
• Your EDAS paper ID number (not your EDAS author account number)

DO NOT upload your paper to EDAS!! Your final paper submission needs to be done through IEEE Conference eXpress using the link below

If you experience technical problems uploading your paper, email IEEE eXpress at s.walcheski@ieee.org

3. APPROVAL OF THE PDF FILE
Approximately 20 minutes after you upload your final paper you will receive an email with instructions on how to review and approve your PDF file.

4. SUBMIT YOUR COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
After you upload your final paper and approve the PDF, a Submit Copyright link will appear in your IEEE eXpress account. This enables you to complete the IEEE e(electronic) Copyright form. When you receive your confirmation email after completing the electronic form (by selecting Submit), you will not need to fax or mail a paper copyright form.

CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file and complete the copyright transfer no later than 4 January, 2010 8:00pm EST. If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the program and will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
